Frequently asked questions

Plan with confidence

If you still have a question, tell us what your team needs and we can talk through the details.

Where is training held?

This is what makes Excellent Onsite Computer Training different from most of its competitors – We Bring the Training to You!

  1. We meet at your business (so your employees don’t have to travel)
  2. We meet at your home (so you can use your own computer and be comfortable)
  3. We meet wherever you want AND whenever you want!
Can training be customized for our company?

Yes. With your permission, I can use some of your own files and materials in my training. And this has great benefits because it allows your team to gain immediate understanding of how the lessons apply to their everyday tasks.

But, if not, I bring all the materials needed to make the training understandable and easy to apply.

What skill levels are supported?

Programs range from Excel basics for new users through advanced training, pivot tables, and dynamic arrays for people who want to work more efficiently.

How long is a class?

Each class is 8 hours total and is split over two days, 4 hours per day.

When can training be scheduled?

Scheduling is available any day except Sunday, during the daytime or at night.

Is training available for individuals?

Yes. One-on-one training is available alongside small-group and larger-group options.

How far does the service area extend?

The primary service area is Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee. Training has also reached from Nashville to Asheville and from Chattanooga to the Tri-Cities.

Is virtual training available?

Onsite instruction is preferred whenever possible. Virtual training by Zoom can be arranged when meeting in person is not practical.

What are the class rates?

Rates are $250 for one-on-one training, $225 per person for 2–4 people, and $200 per person for groups of 5 or more.
